    They've been getting a lot of criticism from various pundits lately. What's your take? What have your experiences with them been?

    My experienc has been to listen to them but don't take their advice. Do what works for you. For me, the only thing that has been working in this environment is to day trade the long and short ETF's. The "pundits" were telling everyone months ago to "buy now".......so much for that and I'm glad I didn't. Look at Buffet.....the worst year of his life. The trend is your friend, don't fight it, trade it.

    I really agree with sam458. Stick to YOUR strategy and make little earing on "pundits" thoughts. Depending on how much time you have to spend studying strategies you may use prorealtime to test it. Some approaches: http://www.etftrends.com/forum/topic/where-are-you-in-the-markets-right-now
