Hello ETF enthusiasts, I've always wanted to see how much I've been allocating to a certain company on one ETF versus another. My fear is I might be overallocating to one company, by buying multiple ETFs. Is there an ETF Tool out there to compare ETFs by company allocations?.

    Thanks in advance

  2. ETFDesk.com has a tool for what you are looking for. use the "holding" tab on the tool bar, enter in the company ticker and it will return the all of the ETFs that contain that ticker and the respective %.

    Hi Bobby . . .
If you have a fear of over allocation, one of the first thoughts that comes to mind is maybe you are concentrating on a sector or industry.

Many other thoughts come to mind. Another one you may want to consider, contrary to the above sentence, is that too much diversification will dilute your returns. At least normally. This year will be one for the record books. Maybe next year also.

    Good Luck

@Donato: You are correct , that I am concentrating on a sector as well, but even non-sector concentrations lead to overlaps, just because of the vast number of stocks that an ETF covers. I heard MS has a advanced tool for identifying concentrations but I can't find it. I agree that this year is one for the books. Cheers!.
