<description>&#60;p&#62;You will not be billed those management fees.  They are taken out of the fund to pay the management company, the same as a mutual fund. &#60;p&#62;You will notice the fees are almost 1%.  How ever the fund performs, it will be reduced by that almost 1% to cover the expenses.  Everyone's got to eat!
