The Nasdaq and technology sector exchange traded funds (ETFs) relatively flat today, while the broader market dropped.
The PowerShares QQQ Trust (NYSEArca: QQQ) was up 0.21%.
Microsoft (NasdaqGS: MSFT) was down 0.86%, Cisco (NasdaqGS: CSCO) was down 0.79%, IBM (NasdaqGS: IBM) was down 0.28% and Oracle (NasdaqGS: ORCL) was slightly down 0.49%.
Google (NasdaqGS: GOOG) was up 0.47%, Yahoo! (NasdaqGS: YHOO) was up 1.07% and Intel (NasdaqGS: INTC) was up 0.41%.
Tech stocks were down in the morning, picking up where they left off from yesterday’s broad market plunge. However most stocks recovered a bit and leveled off to even trading.
