BlackRock Managing Director Sue Thompson joined ETF Trends Publisher Tom Lydon at Charles Schwab Impact Conference in Denver to discuss the new BlackRock initiative, iThinking.
“What we’re doing is taking all of BlackRock’s thought leadership through the BlackRock Investment Institute and distilling down into market views that are made actionable with iShares ETFs,” said Thompson.
Thompson notes the ideas emerging from iThinking are intended to be tactical trades that advsiors can put on for six to 12 months and that the ideas will include all asset classes and geographic areas.
BlackRock’s iShares is the world’s largest ETF issuer.
