CNBC today announced that it has teamed up with FTSE to create a series of indexes that tracks the performance of the largest 100 companies in the Asia Pacific.
The index is known as the FTSE CNBC Asia 100. It will be featured on CNBC programming in order to give investors a better understanding of the blue-chip stocks trading in Asia.
In addition to this index, FTSE and CNBC also have country and industry indexes for the region, as well.
