		<description>I find it interesting that the SLV was at $10.50 area on Jan 1, 2009 and at $13.18 today&lt;br&gt;or a retrun of $270 or about + 25% return and AGQ was at $31.00 on Jan 1 ,2009 and is at $39.81 area today or a $838 dollar profit or about + 27% return.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The factors here are that SLV represts the bullion cost per oz. while the AGZ is a double leveraged ETF and should have return 2 times the SLV shares..But it appears that is didn&#039;t  do it!  WHY??? can anyone tell me?</description>
