Everybody at year-end 2007 was waiting for toxin-purging balance sheets that would put financials on real world footing, and they haven&#039;t shown up yet.  Obama has a tough-minded and savvy financial team - the days of lazy-fairy government might be over, and the real financial wash-out yet to come.</description>
