Any good ETF investing strategy needs safeguarding in a BEAR market like this one (2008-). Many adviser (NoloadFundX, AllStarInvestor.com, ETFQuest.com, FildelityAdviser) follow price momentum or rotation based strategy. Only AllStarInvestor and ETFQuest.com get out of a market in a Bear Market. ETFQuest.com rapidly catches up in a bull market.</description>
