		<description>From all I read, the market&#039;s going down more for the first half of 2009, and then--maybe--the bull will start to roar. That would indicate to me an inverse (not ultra--why take double the risk?) ETF on either the DOW or S&amp;P 500 for the next few months, and then switch to the long equivalent. Sounds too simple, though; there must be a catch.</description>
