Our strategy keeps us in areas that are moving - by buying in those areas that have crossed their trend lines, we can see that the trend is there. Selling at 8% off the high, on the other hand, protects our gains from further declines.</description>

		<description>I think you have it backwards.  I&#039;d be accumulating when the mark is below the 200 day average and be selling when in rises above.</description>
