I&#039;d hold off on buying US and global equity ETFs until major market indexes once again climb above their individual long-term trend lines (200-day averages). Best, Tom

What would you reccomend in terms of starting off a portfolio in such a violate environment?

I was thinking of possibly heavy on oil(xle), bonds(agg,bnd) and the regular us market as vti. ?
