    Tom,

Let me first say, great video, great channel.

What would you reccomend in terms of starting off a portfolio in such a violate environment?

I was thinking of possibly heavy on oil(xle), bonds(agg, bnd) and the regular us market as vti. ?

    Thanks,

    all the best

Thanks for your kind comments Dylan. Right now, oil, metals and agriculture are above their trend lines. Bond ETFs have done well with the declining interest rate environment. I'd hold off on buying US and global equity ETFs until major market indexes once again climb above their individual long-term trend lines (200-day averages). Best, Tom
