Rydex ETF Essentials Puts Advisers in the Know

2633889435 Exchange traded funds (ETFs) are the talk of the town, so the timing couldn’t be more perfect for Rydex’s ETF Essentials program. This comprehensive educational initiative is designed to put investors in the know-how of ETFs. Darla Mercado for Investment News revealed that Rydex did a survey back in July with 500 mutual fund investors, and 38% didn’t know what an ETF was, nor were they aware of the difference between the two types of funds.

Through the ETF Essentials program, financial professionals can learn about ETF liquidity, ETF pricing and the ETF creation and redemption process. The program also takes a "building-block" approach to educating
investors, offering learning "tracks" that give investors as much or as
little information as they are looking for on a given topic.

Read the disclosure, as Tom Lydon is a board member of Rydex Investments.
