New Relative Strength ETF

Strength The PowerShares DWA Technical Leaders Portfolio (PDP) exchange traded fund (ETF) began trading on March 1st. This ETF tracks the performance of 100 U.S.-listed securities and is the first based on technical analysis in the Dorsey-Wright Technical Leaders Index. The index is modified equal-dollar weight and consists of 100 U.S. companies from a universe of large-cap and mid-cap stocks.  David Hoffman of InvestmentNews.com reports they are based on the proprietary "Relative Strength" selection process of Dorsey-Wright & Associates Inc.
