NYSE Launches Tech ETF

4057404157 NYSE Group Inc. launched NYSE Arca Tech 100 (NXT), an exchange traded fund (ETF) based on the price-weighted NYSE Arca Tech 100, a widely recognized benchmark for the technology sector. Holdings are in 16 industries tracking the top 100 technology-related common stocks and ADRs across various U.S. exchanges. An insider revealed the ETF holds constituents ranging from semiconductors to health care companies and reflects companies implementing creative technology in their products and services across many disciplines. This is the first ETF to be offered on the NYSE Arca exchange.
