Vanguard’s ETF Offers Canada

2294570314 Vanguard filed with the SEC to launch a new exchange traded fund (ETF).  This ETF is tied to the FTSE All-World ex-USA Index. Seeking Alpha states that the new ETF is different than most international funds on the market because it includes a 5% exposure to Canada. Most funds focus on Europe, Latin America and Asia.

iShares MSCI Canada (EWC) has been performing well, up 16% this year.  Is this an indication of what to expect from Vanguard’s new ETF?
