Hired WisdomTree Investments hired former Securities and Exchange Commission chairman Arthur Levitt as a senior adviser.  His role has yet to be formally defined.  Levitt’s hiring is another high-powered name added to the exchange traded fund provider’s association.

WisdomTree is a newer firm specializing in ETFs.  Their ETFs are based on formulas that weight stock holdings according to their dividends.
