ETF Portfolio with Heavy Turnover

Fdv A new exchange traded fund with high turnover began trading Tuesday on the American Stock Exchange.  The First Trust DB Strategic Value Index Fund (FDV) is based on Deutsche Bank’s CROCI Index, which covers stocks with the lowest positive PE ratios.  The ETF is expected to have turnover of between 100 – 120% per year.
