Vanguard’s Latest Proposed ETF Launch

Vanguard is planning to launch new exchange traded funds (ETFs) that will track the Morgan Stanley Capital International Indexes (MSCI). They are:
- Mega Cap 300 Index Fund
- Mega Cap 300 Growth Index Fund
- Mega Cap 300 Value Index Fund
The ETF will have an expense ratio of 0.13%. In addition, the ETF provider has lowered existing expense ratios on some of its sector funds, Reuters reports.
