For exchange traded fund (ETF) portfolios there are many factors to take into consideration. For instance, foreign exposure, asset class, reducing volatility or adding some yield. All of these can be answered by big-cap Europe, which has utility in the context of a diversified portfolio, according to Roger Nusbaum of The Street.com.
